Rent Apartment

Before you send the binding rental request to the landlord, accept his terms and conditions and follow the further instructions to complete the rental process.

Landlord responds

The landlord will accept or reject your binding rental request within 36 hours. You will be informed by email and SMS. You will receive the rental confirmation as a PDF.

First Rental Payment

The first rental payment (max. 1 month's rent) will be reserved (not yet charged) on your credit card when you make your binding rental request, or you may pay by bank transfer to the verified landlord prior to move-in.
